Operations Manager
Runs day-to-day operations across a region, making sure every post is staffed, supervised and compliant.
What you will do
- Own deployment and staffing for all client sites in the region
- Supervise area officers and field supervisors
- Conduct site surveys and security assessments for new contracts
- Review incident reports and agree corrective action with clients
What we look for
- Experience managing a multi-site guard force
- Working knowledge of PSARA, EPF and ESI obligations
